This is a product designed to educate personal trainers, boxing coaches and boxing enthusiast on the fundamentals of boxing mitt work. - Boxing saved my life I just want to help other people the same way I was helped. The fitness industry has fully embraced the sport of boxing. I want to help more people understand the fundamentals of boxing so they can enjoy the sport with out the risk of injury. I am only one person  but creating this product will allow me to expand my services to people everywhere. The money you donate is going into the filming and producing the video content.
