A Short Film about two strangers who meet in a Library. - THE LIBRARYMy name is Jose Franco. I am the writer, of The Library, I will also be directing this short. This short is about two people who meet by chance and connect on a deep level. My reason for making this Short Film, is because I love film in general. Cinema is a medium that helps us escape, it helps us grow, and most importantly, Cinema, when it is done with enthusiasm, it entertains. What we will be asking for is funding for cast, crew, equipment, travel, and festival submissions.&nb
