I'm doing a counselling and psychotherapy degree and I want to start a podcast and discuss my view and experiences with mental health - I am raising funds to help me set up my own podcast. I will be discussing a variety of topics that could relate to others with mental health issues. I am hoping to help people challenge their believes about themselves and to try get through their mental health difficulties.
