He tells the world that he spends all of his free time locked in a cycle of diminishing returns, searching for something to give his life meaning, going to the same all-American places over and over again: The Church, The Mall and The Club. The ballplayer’s monologue is buoyed by impressionistic, stylized soundscape and lighting design that illustrate his sad, repetitive and ridiculous life. This project was commisioned by Borscht Co. and will be a part of the 2019 Borscht Co. Festival in Miami, Florida.
