Kids can master skills on the carpet before you hit the slopes. -  Hausski-Model One is a set of toy wooden skis to help kids get comfortable on skis before hitting the slopes. Felt pads protect floors and add more slip to the feeling of sliding around. Bare wood skis would be more uncontrollable, the felt is also a safety measure.Elastic and hook/loop "soft binding" keep the skis secure on the foot.
