Bringing authentic NYC bagels and pairing them with iconic Seattle coffee. Match for the Gods. - I always said I couldn’t live anywhere else but New York City. Turns out, for me, that nothing beats West Seattle in the end. Since the day my partner (Noah) and I arrived, it immediately felt like home and I knew this is the place I wanted to be indefinitely. But… Being a native New Yorker and all, I went on a quest to find the most authentic New York bagels in the Puget Sound area. I’m a daily bagel-haver, a good one or two a day and, simply put, I wasn’t able to find a place here
