Filmmaker Dror Ballan struggles with Cluster Headaches, the strongest chronic pain known to man. - The first thought that comes to mind when thinking about pain is the pain itself. And indeed, the pain is paralyzing. When Dror experiences a Cluster Headache (CH) attack, he usually starts running and shouting. For him, it the best method of dealing with the pain. But the pain itself is secondary to the constant fear of pain. Not knowing when a period of clusters is about to begin leads to ongoing fear and anxiety. This, led psychologists to diagnose him with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
