I was an angry teenager going through a phase of my life in which the preference for black hair and clothing, Nine Inch Nails and Marylin Manson was an outward demonstration of an overly-dramatic inward turmoil and a sense that I didn't fit in the world.  I found a practice that night that changed everything. This cd is an expression of gratitude for the moments and the grace that lead to my finding this path of devotional yoga.
