Throw-A-Weigh is fundraising for prototyping and product development. - Short SummaryStarting in a classroom project at UT-Austin, we came together to tackle the challenge of food waste occurring in grocery stores. After many rounds of observations and interviews, we discovered a major issue in grocers - there was an apparent lack of granular data about their waste. Tapping into our STEM backgrounds, we wanted to leverage the power of data and technology and fill the knowledge gap.
