Making a difference in the lives of local youth. Empowering them with life & career skills. - 80% incarcerated youth grow up in poverty, lack positive role models and live in hopelessness.  Focus 21 Foundation is changing their lives and instilling hope through one to one mentoring and life skills training.  We are impacting the lives of over 200 youth in DeKalb county, one child at a time.The young adults in our programs are given the tools and strategies needed to identify their strengths, to imagine their greatest goals and to create the plans to achieve them.Our powerf
