Expanding our concession stand to a full café. - Imagine coming to see a show, or running from work to rehearsal. You have 30 minutes and you haven't had time to get dinner. Now imagine walking into Phoenix and smelling waffles, seeing a giant rice maker ready to serve you an affordable and delicious meal in less than 5 minutes. Sure, Chipotle is across the street, but they won't be offering an eggs benedict rice bowl. Soho cafe offers a decent slice of pizza, but not a bubble waffle rolled into a cone shape and filled with tabbouleh or chicken salad or fruit. Not to mention the baked-on ...
