I am an Taiwanese/Chilean that have lived most of my life in Lima, Peru. Here I have worked with lots of small local bushiness (local farmers, indigenous groups) helping them expand and getting their products into international markets. Recently, a local friend came to me and asked if I interested in collaborating with her aunt. Her aunt has several lands of grape vineyards that produces wine and pisco. After trying out her pisco, I decided that I wanted to help
