Midland is in need of a bagel shop and I am ready to take my popular home bakery to that next level. -  With your help, Tall City Bagel is opening the first NY bagel and pizzeria brick and mortar in Midland, Texas for over 25 years since the closing of the Bagel Wheel in the 1990's.Through our operation cost plan, it has been estimated we need to raise $45,000 still in funds to open our location.  Raised funds will help to pay for things like shop location improvements to bring the location up to current city code.
