I wrote it because I came to the realization that, while I lived under the same roof as one of the most influential people in my life, my mom, who was also the first “girlboss” I ever knew and saw in action, many others didn't have that relationship or figure to inspire and empower them like she did me. I hope that my book, which houses the stories of many women, will inspire those who need it. My book will publish in February 20
