The college will be named the Yamuna Devi Institute of the Vegetarian Culinary Arts, after the famous vegetarian cookbook author. The Institute will teach Indian Cuisine, Italian Cuisine, Middle-Eastern, Mexican/South American, vegetarian sushi, and vegetarian baked goods.
