Portable washing, cleaning and disinfecting system for fruits and vegetables - Our StoryFruits and vegetables; during cultivation, harvesting, preparation, and retail sale, can be contaminated with harmful bacteria, microorganisms, and chemicals and cause foodborne outbreaks, which can be fatal. Washing is even more important to the consumer when there is no cooking process to reduce the microbial load. Washing with detergent, bleach, soap, or other disinfectants is not recommended. In addition, micro-indentations on the surface of fruits and vegetables cannot be cleaned
