We also remembered that growing up in Los Angeles was also quite graphic.  We had so stories to tell, and we believed this was a way that we could share them. One night Krista called me with an idea for a story and I flew out to LA and we sat on the beach and created a template of what it could look like. Over the next few years I wrote script after script and had them all rejected by friends in the industry who certainly didn't take it easy on this first time script writer.
