A five-song EP recorded by DC swing musicians - Hello! I'm Gretchen Midgley, a bandleader and swing vocalist based in Washington, DC. My band, Gretchen and the Sidecar Six, is an authentic swing band made up of the finest musicians in the DC-Baltimore area. We feature a full, four-piece rhythm section and two horns, playing both original transcriptions from the 1930s and 40s and fresh arrangements of classic swing tunes by master arrangers Scott Silbert and Keenan McKenzie.
