We experienced both physical and mental benefits that made us feel better. It helped stabilize our energy levels and made us feel more productive in everything we do. While trying to maintain this lifestyle, we grew frustrated by 1) the lack of low-carb, convenient snack options and 2) being unable to find anything online that tastes as good as homemade recipes.
