Café Indigo- A specialty coffee company committed to working directly with farmers and consumers to promote conscious consumerism. - CONNECT TO YOUR COFFEEHello Everybody!I am Pierre from Wichita KS. I'm currently working on a coffee roasting and distributing business.  Café Indigo is the name. The mission of this project is to promote conscious consumerism when it comes to coffee. The way that I plan to promote this is by adopting a direct trade model where I collaborate directly with coffee farmers and consumers, thus providing a great opportunity for education and transparency for the consumer to really be able to connect with all the people, processes and environments that are involved. I do not want coffee to just be a drink but something that is reflected upon and appreciated.THE FUNDS RAISED WILL GO TO1. SECURING COFFEE ROASTING CAPACITY2.
