Â It is what defines each of us as a people, and what brings us all together. Â In today's world, we are becoming more and more interested in other cultures, trying new foods, and having an over all great experience. Â Canada is a very diverse country, with such a wide variety of cultures and cuisines, and proof of this lies within the restaurant industry. Â Most cultures from around the world have a strong representation in this industry, allowing for a greater variety of cultural experiences. Â Yet, the First Nations of North America have such a small presence in this industry. Â Why is that? Â How can we change that?
