A short drama intending to raise awareness about high-functioning depression. - The main character Andie is a hopeless office worker who leads a miserable existence - she just wants to be able to get through each day so that she can earn enough money to escape. She works alongside the character Alison, who mocks and taunts her every time she is struggling. Andie will soon come to realise that all is not as it seems and that Alison will play a much more significant role in her life than she realises.'The Layers' is a short drama written and produced by third year BA Conte
