Yoga, meditation, spiritual awakenings holistic retreat - Introduction Myself and my daughter Gabriella had the chance to go on a mission to Costa Rica for 5 months.  While out there, we assisted many of the poor by making donations to the homeless and mothers that were suffering to put food on their table for the night. We donated time to teach English to those that could not afford paying for classes.
