Help us move into our new Commercial Kitchen! - We are a small Bean-to-Bar chocolate maker located in the Pacific Northwest in the small town of Rainier, Oregon. We currently make a number of different chocolate bars direct from cacao beans from various countries across the world. Each of our bars are single origin and we are offering a couple of different origins. We also make absolutely wonderful Scottish Shortbreads from a 100+ year old secret family recipe.
