Royalty Crowdfunding

My Pharma Company proposes an innovative model of crowdfunding focused exclusively on healthcare. Instead of ownership of the company (i.e. equity), investors acquire the right to receive royalties on future sales of a product. Our objective is to fund the development of specific products (not entire companies) that are sufficiently advanced but at a stage where many struggle to find adequate financing, i.e. early clinical trials for new drugs or proof of concept studies for medical devices and diagnostics.

Quick and Simple

Our biomedical research experts ensure that projects go through a rigorous selection process that includes in-depth scientific and economic analyses. Our subscribers can choose to fund any project they like. Each participant signs a simple contract to receive a portion of future royalties if the product reaches the market. Traditional investment concepts like capital, loan or debt are irrelevant.


Innovation

Investors acquire "R&D points" that give them financial rights on future product revenues if the project they have funded reaches the commercial stage. Investors then receive a pre-determined percentage of the product sales.
