- Single father to a one-year-old son who has been diagnosed with Angelman Syndrome (~0.005% chance) - I am a single father to a one-year-old son who has been diagnosed with Angelman Syndrome, a condition that primarily affects the nervous system. The incidence of this syndrome is approximately 1 in 20,000. I leave my full-time job in order to provide round-the-clock care for my son.
